3. Inside the Student Portal
Inside the Student Portal, students can easily see their schedule, join a class, check their assigned homework, and manage both their pet and the pet’s inventory. The layout is intuitive and designed with young learners in mind, making it easy for them to stay organized and engaged.
They’ll also see some new areas that are related to their XP.
- My Item Page: Where all purchased goodies are stored
- Pet Shop: For buying food, accessories, or new pets
- Pet Guide: A manual to help students care for pets and explore
The layout is kid-friendly and easy to navigate.
4. Earning Coins: How It Works
- For every 100 XP earned in class, students receive 50 coins
- Coins can be spent in the Pet Shop
- XP = growth; coins = fun rewards
It’s a smart way to get students participating more during class (without needing to beg them)!
5. HP, XP & Virtual Strategy
FunClass added a new layer of strategy. Students lose HP (health points) when they:
- Attend class (5 HP)
- Get distracted or answer incorrectly
To restore HP, students need to buy food with their coins. There’s even a resurrection elixir for when pets “die.” All of this keeps students invested in their learning journey.
6. Pet World (Coming Soon!)
FunClass is bringing the excitement of exploration to the classroom with Pet World—a brand new feature that transforms student engagement into a real-time adventure. Pets will soon be able to travel to mystical lands like mushroom forests, sparkling beaches, and enchanted valleys. These areas are unlocked by collecting items during class, so the more students participate, the more of the world they can explore.
Each environment will present its own set of challenges and collectible rewards, encouraging students to stay focused, show up consistently, and push themselves in class. It’s an immersive way to blend learning with fun—and gives students an extra reason to look forward to every lesson.
7. Introducing Chrono Academy (Coming Soon!)
Older students want something different—and FunClass is delivering just that with the upcoming Chrono Academy. This gamified experience swaps pets for time travel, letting students dive into major moments in history as part of their academic journey.
Instead of raising pets, students will take on the role of time-traveling explorers who solve subject-based puzzles in places like Ancient Egypt, the Industrial Revolution, or even future worlds. Each mission helps reinforce academic concepts across math, reading, writing, and social studies—all wrapped up in an exciting storyline.
Chrono Academy is tailor-made for teens who are too cool for cartoon pets but still want to have fun while learning. It challenges them to think critically, apply their knowledge, and stay motivated through goal-based progression.
8. Zoom Integration & Payment Tools (Coming soon!)
Prefer Zoom? No problem. FunClass is launching full integration with Zoom. Teachers can:
- Use familiar Zoom features

On the admin side, a new payment system is rolling out:
- Accept payments directly in FunClass
- Support for local currencies like Alipay and WeChat Pay
